Audubon PTSA Membership Meetings 2024-2025

 

PTSA Board Meetings take place on 2nd Thursday every month (*unless noted).

General Membership Meetings are held every quarter, starting October.

 

General Membership meetings will have a briefing by the board of directors. Principal Ames may join to present any updates and announcements from the school. All parents are encouraged to attend! However, voting is restricted to PTSA members only. There is no commitment or participation required. You can just come and listen.

PTSA Board meetings are at the school library once a month. Per Audubon PTSA Standing Rules, meeting in person is the preferred manner for board and general assembly meetings.  We will make online platform connections available when circumstances prevent in-person meetings or attendance. We begin at 6:30 pm and go until 8:00 pm. PTSA Members are welcome to attend and observe the board conduct its business, and may request meeting minutes from the secretary (secretary@audubonptsa.org).
